Body Found At Welsh Harp Reservoir Near Gladstone Park Death

A body was found in a north west London park just a short distance from where another man was found dead just hours later.

Emergency services rushed to Welsh Harp Reservoir in Neasden on Saturday (February 18) at 11.59pm to reports of a man who was “found unresponsive”.

Metropolitan Police have said that a man, in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the force, the death was unexpected but not suspicious and the man’s next of kin were informed.

The Brent & Kilburn Times previously reported on another man in his 20s, who was found dead in Gladstone Park.

Distressing footage of the Gladstone Park death has been circulating online, but this is not being shared.

The Brent & Kilburn Times asked the Met whether these deaths were linked, but a spokesperson has not commented and instead said “the cause is for the coroner to decide”.

Reports regarding both men are being prepared for the coroner.
