Russell Brand Performs In Wembley Amid Rape Allegation

Russell Brand performed in Wembley just hours after allegations of rape and sexual assault against him were reported.

The 48-year-old comedian arrived late for his show at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre yesterday evening (September 16).

Four woman have alleged sexual assaults between 2006 and 2013, when the comedian was at the height of his fame. He denies all allegations.

The set came on the day that a joint investigation by The Times, The Sunday Times and Channel 4 Dispatches revealed the accusations against Brand.
